Our diverse studio concepts cater to various market needs, from highly efficient smart gyms to community-focused clubs and innovative EMS or premium boutique offerings. The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio in a thriving market. • Manage all aspects of entrepreneurial control, including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of employees. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition. • Ensure an outstanding studio experience for all members. • Uphold and implement the brand and quality standards of the franchise. What You'll Need • Personal equity of approx. €25,000 to €75,000. • A strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to act independently. • Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities. • High motivation to build and grow your own business. • Ideally, experience in fitness, service, management, or sales; career changers are welcome. • A passion for fitness, health, and people.
