ESP JDA Functional Consultant

• Should have Minimum 8 - 10 years of hands-on BY/JDA ESP development and implementation work experience

• Assist Solution Architects in designing best-in-class solutions using Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply planning product.

• Should have BY/JDA ESP development skills to manage on-going development needs

• Based on requirements , model BY/JDA ESP and map the solution to the business needs/requirements as defined, within the limitations of the tool

• Supports Business Integration team in writing of Functional Designs (FDs), Field Mapping Documents (FMDs)

• Defines Supply & Inventory Planning data requirements, test scenarios/cases and associated to data requirements

• Ability to create and review functional specification documents

• Provide thought leadership and makes decision independently / interact directly with customers

• Facilitate fit/gap analysis, identifies impacts and prepare training related to Supply Planning processes.

• Should be involved in deployments/rollouts and day-to-day continuous improvements

• Develop and test Custom BY/JDA ESP programs to support data conversions & interfaces, reports, enhancements and forms development

• Strong Retail Functional Knowledge with hands on experience on BY/JDA ESP

• Must have strong understanding of developing Measures, KPI, Variables, Members, Plans.

• Perform as an integral member to document and execute the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning software solutions for customers, utilizing industry best practices and process methodologies.

• Configures system settings and options, plans, and executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing, and creates systems specifications.

• Support the functional engagement across key stakeholders, including key customer contacts, Project Managers, Technical consultants, to drive the timely and successfully delivery of the final solution.

• 5+ years of experience in Design, implementation, and support of Blue Yonder ESP Product

• Should understand BY/JDA ESP Technical Architecture and guide the Technical Team for the same.

• Co-ordinate and manage BY Support Ticket as and when it is raised.

• Replicate and resolve the internal bugs of the system.

• Developing and Testing the new enhancements.
