Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Analyst / BI Developer with hands-on expertise in Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL, Power BI, and Databricks native visualization tools. This role involves analyzing large datasets, developing business-ready data products, building dashboards, and translating business requirements into effective data solutions.

The selected candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, a technical lead, and the broader development team on requirements, solution design, and delivery.

Required Skills — 5 Years Each

  • Hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark for data analysis and transformation.
  • Advanced Spark SQL skills, including writing efficient, complex queries to analyze large datasets within Databricks.
  • Experience building clear, intuitive dashboards using Power BI and Databricks’ native visualization tools.
  • Experience in data mapping and modeling, including developing detailed mappings for data integration and transformation.
  • Experience gathering and developing business requirements and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Experience conducting thorough data analysis and ensuring data quality.
