The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a positive shopping experience for customers in collaboration with team members.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, attractive product displays, baking, and operating modern POS systems, including self-checkout.
• Support the Store Manager by leading shifts, coordinating task assignments, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake inventory, cleaning, and warehouse duties as required.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar sector, with some leadership experience (e.g., shift lead) being an advantage.
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of motivating and inspiring others.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts in coordination with management.
