Technical skills - Proficient in SQL, data bricks, python, GIT and familiar with Alexandria Feature Library at Capital One is a HUGE plus.
Problem solving - Strong ability to identify problems, analyze causes, and develop solutions
Communication - Ability to effectively and clearly communicate findings and recommendations to customers and the data team in a technical and non technical manner

Looking for a contractor DA to join our the customer management data team to support the Alexandria Feature migration work stream with about 2-5 years of experience, is detail-oriented and proactive. The core responsibilities include data discovery, gap analysis, , developing SQL transformation logic for financial behavior features. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, great learning agility as its a very fast paced project and the ability to collaborate and communicate clearly across various cross functional teams to understand the current use cases of the features.
