Job Description:

We are seeking a Guidewire BillingCenter Business Analyst (BA) with strong functional expertise and client-facing experience to support BillingCenter implementation and enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Guidewire BillingCenter implementations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and solution architects to define functional solutions.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.

Support BillingCenter configuration, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.

Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and Agile ceremonies.

Provide functional support during implementation and client interactions.

Required Skills:

7–10+ years of Guidewire experience with 5+ years in BillingCenter Business Analysis.

Expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter business processes, requirements gathering, and functional analysis.

Strong understanding of BillingCenter configuration, integrations, and Guidewire APIs.

Experience with Guidewire Cloud implementations is preferred.

Experience working directly with business stakeholders and client-facing engagements.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
