Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to support agency in designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining enterprise Salesforce applications.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering Salesforce solutions for large-scale government organizations and possess strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and application modernization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce best practices.
• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flows, and business processes.
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies.
• Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with Salesforce coding standards and security best practices.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, estimation, and solution architecture discussions.
• Support data migration, deployment, and release management activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation, design documents, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Mandatory experience working with State or Federal Government clients.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.
• Experience developing REST and SOAP APIs and integrating Salesforce with external enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, roles, and governance.
• Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes, and Workflow automation.
• Experience with Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and data migration activities.
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Public Sector Solutions (PSS) or Salesforce implementations for government agencies.
• Experience with MuleSoft or other middleware integration platforms.
• Experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity), Salesforce Shield, or Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• PMP or Scrum certification is a plus.
