We are seeking skilled technicians to deliver expert roadside repairs and exceptional member service across the nation. The Role • Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics. • Provide emergency breakdown support to members. • Handle a variety of tasks including battery changes, tyre replacements, and complex fault-finding. • Offer reassurance and expert solutions to members in need. • Work a demand-led shift averaging 40 hours per week. • Start and finish your shifts from your own driveway. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent). • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach and strong problem-solving skills. • A full UK driving licence. • The ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet. • Willingness to be a proud ambassador for the brand.
