They are looking for an HSE Site Professional to ensure the highest standards of health and safety are met on their wind farm projects in Germany. The Role • Coordinate and monitor HSE measures during the assembly process of hybrid towers. • Review and control HSE documentation of subcontractors, including RAMS analysis and HSE plan checks. • Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements on-site. • Conduct on-site HSE inspections and subcontractor audits to guarantee workplace safety. • Verify that assembly and construction operations adhere to HSE guidelines and influence compliance. • Perform quality control and apply safety regulations directly on the construction site. What You'll Need • Certified Safety Professional (Sifa) or equivalent qualification in occupational health and safety. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, with knowledge of machinery inspection. • Proficiency in using HSE-specific software. • Familiarity with construction processes, materials, systems, and workflows. • Understanding of national HSE legislation and ISO 45001/ISO 14001 standards. • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); German language skills are a plus.
