Job Summary

CVS is seeking a Salesforce Tech Lead with extensive experience in Salesforce Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce to lead enterprise healthcare implementations. This is a hands-on technical leadership role, requiring candidates to manage a team of Salesforce developers while actively participating in architecture, development, integrations, and code reviews.

The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare domain expertise, Salesforce platform development experience, AI Agent development using Agentforce, and experience leading global delivery teams.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of Salesforce Development
• 8+ years leading enterprise Salesforce implementations
• 5+ years Healthcare / Health Insurance domain
• Salesforce Technical Leadership
• Global Team Leadership (Onshore/Offshore)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development teams (3–4 developers).
• Design and implement Health Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Build AI-powered Agentforce solutions.
• Develop integrations using REST, Bulk, and FHIR APIs.
• Integrate with Kafka and MQ event streams.
• Lead architecture discussions and solution design.
• Conduct code reviews and performance tuning.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Ensure HIPAA and PHI compliance.
• Mentor developers and coordinate global delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, Product, and Data teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 8+ years leading Salesforce implementations.
• 5+ years Healthcare/Health Insurance domain experience.
• Strong Health Cloud and Data Cloud expertise.
• Hands-on Agentforce development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) Certification.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
