Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Rockville, MD / Tysons, VA
Work Exp: 8-9 Years+
Work Mode: Hybrid/Onsite | Long-Term Contract

ONLY W2 

Responsibilities (Short)

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Build ATF test cases and perform Unit, Integration, Regression & UAT testing.
  • Develop integrations using Flow Designer/IntegrationHub.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support SaaS upgrades.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of ServiceNow development.
  • Strong ServiceNow GRC/IRM experience.
  • Experience with ServiceNow SaaS.
  • Hands-on with ATF (Automated Test Framework).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow Scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
  • Experience with Unit, Integration & UAT testing.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • ServiceNow CAD certification.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • CSA/CIS certifications are a plus.
