SailPoint IGA /Consultant/SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a SailPoint IGA Developer to design, develop, configure, and support Identity Governance and Administration solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow. The candidate will work on identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, access certifications, role management, application onboarding, and integration with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SailPoint IGA solutions for enterprise identity and access management.
• Develop and maintain identity lifecycle workflows for Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes.
• Configure user provisioning and deprovisioning across enterprise applications.
• Onboard applications and integrate systems with SailPoint using connectors and APIs.
• Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, policies, and certifications.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and access governance processes.
• Configure and manage access reviews and certifications.
• Troubleshoot identity, provisioning, synchronization, and integration issues.
• Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, databases, and cloud applications.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Java, and scripting where required.
• Support IAM security, compliance, audit, and governance requirements.
• Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams.
