We are seeking an experienced CNC Fabrication Engineer to support manufacturing, automation, and fabrication projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CNC machining, CNC programming, fixture design, and 3D modeling. This role involves supporting product development, process improvement, automation initiatives, and manufacturing operations while ensuring project objectives are met within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of automated welding work cells and related components.
- Perform CNC machining and fabrication activities for production and prototype builds.
- Program and operate CNC machines, including Haas, Mazak, and similar machining centers.
- Read, interpret, and develop mechanical drawings, system layouts, and fixture designs.
- Collaborate with automation teams during system qualification and validation activities.
- Design and develop fixtures, jigs, and End-of-Arm Tooling (EOAT) for automation applications.
- Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) for manufacturing builds.
- Train technicians and operators on equipment, manufacturing processes, and products.
- Support facility and equipment builds using power tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Develop 3D models and detailed designs for fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing components.
- Travel up to 20% as required for system integration and project support.
- Required Qualifications
- Technical Degree, Engineering Degree, CNC Machinist Certification, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, or
Production Operations.
- Strong experience with CNC Programming, including G-Code and NC Code.
- Hands-on experience with Mastercam.
- Experience with CNC machining centers such as Haas and Mazak.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience programming 5-axis and 6-axis CNC machines (DMG, Mazak, Haas).
- Strong CAD and SolidWorks proficiency.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
