Job Description

Position: Platform Lead
Location: Remote
Rate : $75/hr on C2C OR 1099

Required Skills :
8+ years of experience in Microsoft Platform Engineering, Microsoft 365 Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Security Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with:
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Microsoft Purview DLP & Information Protection
  • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center
Experience designing and implementing secure Microsoft collaboration platforms.
Strong knowledge of:
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Conditional Access Policies
  • Secure Repository Architecture
  • Microsoft Native Security Controls
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Information Protection & Sensitivity Labels
  • Secure Collaboration Solutions
  • Pilot Validation & Production Deployment
Experience leading technical delivery and customer-facing engagements.
Strong documentation, architecture, and technical governance skills.
Experience reviewing engineering configurations and providing technical oversight.
