Provide the technical design and architectural leadership to one or more teams and projects, toensure applications are integrated and adhere to stated architectural and design principlesand standards.2. Provide the technical design and architectural leadership, including documenting anddiagramming solution architectures.4. Communicate best practices by giving presentations, working with project teams, andauthoring content aimed at educating others about standards, strategies, and otherwisedefined best practices.5. Design solutions that reduce costs, increase efficiencies, provide more value andcapabilities, reduce risks, and increase security.6. Drive the selection of services, technologies, development of standards, and referencearchitectures.7.

Develop project estimates to design, build, deliver, and run business solutions.8. Lead efforts for technology research, evaluations, and proof of concepts (POC).9. Participate in RFP responses and client contract development.

Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity. ITSM and ITIL familiarity is required (ITIL Foundations certification preferred) At least 3 years of experience as an Architect or Solutions lead on ServiceNow Implementationsprojects At least 5-7 years experience in developing on ServiceNow platform including the customizationof the core applications such as Portal, Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog,Knowledge Management Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment.
