We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Cloud Technology Engineer to join our Technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their technology career who wants exposure to a broad range of technologies including AWS cloud services, software applications, automation, cybersecurity, data management, OTT streaming platforms, and technical support. 

Working closely with the Head of Technology Solutions & Security, you will support business-critical systems, cloud infrastructure, internal users, and customer-facing applications. The role offers significant opportunities for learning and professional development across cloud engineering, software development, operations, security, and digital media technologies.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Provide technical support to internal users while supporting user lifecycle activities, account administration, and business applications. 

• Support and monitor cloud-based applications and services, investigate technical issues, and assist with application updates and system changes. 

• Provide first-line support for digital streaming platforms, investigate customer issues, monitor platform availability, and escalate customer-impacting incidents when required. 

• Assist with routine data validation, data quality, imports, exports, and data-related investigations. 

• Use simple scripts, database queries, and technical tools to investigate issues and help automate routine tasks. 

• Follow established cybersecurity and content protection procedures while maintaining technical documentation and support materials. 

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and documentation and gradually take on greater responsibility as skills and experience develop.
