The Role

• Drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representatives.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of Field Canvassers, setting clear performance goals and KPIs.
• Plan and schedule routes for the canvassing team, managing multiple teams across assigned territories.
• Ensure compliance with local ordinances and regulations by managing permit requirements.
• Track and report on canvassing lead generation metrics to evaluate performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with local operations and installation managers to grow brand presence.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing, preferably in a direct-to-consumer industry.
• Proven experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, or field canvassing.
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing or canvassing staff.
• Ability to work outside in varying climates and work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-orientation, and excellent communication abilities.
