The Role • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for geriatric patients. • Develop tailored treatment plans to enhance functional abilities. • Promote patient self-efficacy and independence in daily activities. • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team including nurses and physicians. • Provide holistic patient care in a dynamic clinical setting. • Occasional work in Eckernförde as needed. What You'll Need • Completed training as a Physiotherapist (m/f/d). • Experience or willingness to undertake manual lymphatic drainage therapy is desirable. • Ability to work independently, creatively, and adapt to individual patient needs. • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a busy hospital environment. • Strong empathy and interpersonal skills when working with patients. • Qualification for a temporary position (parental leave cover).
