The Role • Lead the promotion and sales execution of our psychiatry portfolio within the assigned territory. • Develop and implement data-driven sales and marketing strategies to maximize performance. • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders. • Apply comprehensive clinical and local market expertise to identify and capitalize on opportunities. • Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access issues. • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales. • Demonstrated ability to excel in psychiatry therapeutic areas, particularly CNS/neuroscience. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using sales data for strategic planning. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. • A valid driver's license with a safe driving record. • Must reside within 40 miles of the Knoxville, TN territory boundaries.
