Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and monitor cybersecurity and third-party risk activities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for risk management processes.
• Develop business use cases, user stories, and functional requirements to support GRC initiatives.
• Manage enhancement requests and coordinate system testing activities, including UAT and defect tracking.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support solution design and implementation.
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and user experience improvements.
• Act as a liaison between cybersecurity teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of enhancements.
• Support data governance activities to maintain the integrity of information used in risk management.
• Prepare documentation for audit, compliance, and regulatory activities.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience with GRC toolsets and vendor management software.
• Knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HITRUST.
• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, PMP, CRISC, or CISA.
• Audit experience to understand risk management processes better.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk analysis or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Strong understanding of GRC principles and frameworks.
• Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and test case development.
• Familiarity with vendor risk management and disaster recovery processes.
