Role Name: Pega Lead System Architect (Pega LSA)

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex Pega applications using Constellation UX and modular design principles, tailored to BCM and Insurance workflows.

Define reusable components and frameworks that support product lifecycles.

Collaborate with Solution Architects to align technical solutions with business goals in financial services and insurance.

Mentor development teams and conduct design/code reviews with a focus on domain-specific compliance and scalability.

Ensure seamless integration with external systems such as payment gateways, trading platforms, and insurance data providers.

 

Experience and Skills

12+ years of Pega development experience, with 3+ years as a Lead System Architect.

Pega CLSA certification is mandatory.

Deep knowledge of Pega Infinity features including Constellation, DX API, and DevOps pipelines.

Experience with Common Data Model and enterprise integration patterns.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
