PRIMARY TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Custom Salesforce Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web
Components (LWC), and custom REST APIs.
RevOps Infrastructure & Integrations: Own the end-to-end go-to-market tool stack, managing third-party integrations, workflow
automations, and system architecture.
Executive & Stakeholder Partnership: Partner directly with Sales and Customer Success leadership to translate strategic GTM
requirements into robust technical architecture.
Independent Technical Leadership: Lead RevOps technical projects end-to-end, navigating cross-functional stakeholder relationships
without requiring constant supervision.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
8+ Years Hands-On Experience: Demonstrated track record in Salesforce software development (Apex, Lightning components, APIs)
and RevOps engineering not solely administrative config.
Mandatory Salesforce Certifications: Official Salesforce credentials (e.g. Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant) are strictly
required for this role.
Scale-Up & Dual Cloud Background: Proven experience operating in mid-stage scale-up environments supporting both Sales Cloud
and Service Cloud platforms.
