Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Machine Learning Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead the 
design and implementation of enterprise-scale machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate will own the ML system architecture, 
design recommendation engines, and lead the deployment of production-ready ML models while providing technical leadership to delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
Own and design end-to-end machine learning system architecture.
Build and optimize recommendation engines and predictive models.
Lead the transition of ML models from prototype to production.
Translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentor small delivery teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.

Required Skills
10+ years of Machine Learning/Data Science experience.
Strong experience designing production-grade ML systems.
Expertise in recommendation engines and predictive modeling.
Experience deploying ML models into production environments.
Ability to translate business rules into model requirements.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Technical Skills
Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM)
PyTorch (Preferred)
SQL
Snowflake
Azure Machine Learning
GitHub
Docker
Nice to Have
Optimization and Operations Research background.
Experience in Utilities or other highly regulated industries.
Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and modern data architectures.
