Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant with expertise in NetSuite ERP, Financial Transformation, and NetSuite Integrations to support a large-scale finance transformation initiative.
- The ideal candidate will drive organizational change, ensure successful user adoption, and partner with business and technology teams to deliver seamless NetSuite implementations and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organizational change management activities for NetSuite ERP implementation and financial transformation programs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and adoption roadmaps.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business leadership to identify change impacts and ensure successful transition to new processes.
- Support end-to-end financial transformation initiatives, including process optimization, standardization, and automation.
- Collaborate with technical teams on NetSuite integrations with third-party applications such as CRM, banking, payroll, procurement, and reporting platforms.
- Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.
- Develop training materials, user guides, and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Monitor user adoption, gather feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership meetings, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, and change management metrics to ensure successful implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''''s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Organizational Change, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Change Management, ERP implementation, or Business Transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience supporting NetSuite ERP implementations or enhancements.
- Strong understanding of Financial Transformation initiatives, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Experience with NetSuite integration projects involving middleware or integration platforms.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, organizational readiness, communications, and training.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
