Job Description:

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Pega engineer to support the design, development, and delivery of Pega-based solutions. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on Pega development experience, integration expertise, and the ability to work within secure and regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable Pega solutions aligned to business and technical requirements.
- Design, build, and support integrations with internal and external systems.
- Conduct solution reviews and ensure adherence to Pega best practices.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Support governance, security, and compliance requirements.

Essential Requirements (Must Have)
- Minimum 2-3 years' hands-on experience working with Pega technology at a developer level.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, including APIs, web services, and messaging-based solutions.
- PCSSA (Pega Certified System Architect) certification as a minimum.
- Available to start immediately.

Desirable Requirements (Nice to Have)
- 4+ years' experience working with Pega technologies.
- PCLSA Part 1 certification.
- Experience delivering projects within UK Government departments or agencies.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Additional Pega certifications.

- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams.
