AI Research Scientist

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop novel AI models and algorithms.
  • Conduct research across multiple machine learning domains.
  • Build and maintain large-scale datasets and data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with research and engineering teams to translate ideas into deployable solutions.
  • Evaluate and improve model performance through experimentation and analysis.
  • Contribute to research publications, technical reports, and knowledge sharing.


Required Experience & Skills

  • PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics
  • Excellent publications history with research published in at least one of the following; CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR
  • Experience in the industry as an AI Research Scientist or similar, working on the full-cycle development of ML algorithms, from design to implementation in Python & PyTorch
  • Research expertise in one of the following: large language models ( LLMs ), vision-language models ( VLMs ), multimodal AI, foundation models, or generative AI.
  • Solid understanding of transformer-based architectures.
  • Experience with model pre-training and fine-tuning.
  • Familiarity with distributed training environments and large-scale compute infrastructure.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or AI research communities.
