• Base salary: £30,000
• Performance bonus: 10%
• Saturday pay: Once a month - Time and a HALF
• Bank holiday pay 5 during the year - DOUBLE TIME

We're looking for a Customer Verification Specialist who thrives on accuracy, enjoys investigative work, and takes pride in getting things right the first time.

You'll play a key role in reviewing customer information, validating documentation, identifying risk, and helping ensure decisions are based on trusted data. Every check you complete directly contributes to compliance, fraud prevention, and a seamless customer experience.

What you'll bring:

✔ Experience in validation, verification, compliance, fraud, or quality assurance

✔ A meticulous eye for detail and strong analytical thinking

✔ Confidence handling sensitive customer information

✔ Experience working within structured processes and audit trails

✔ Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Bonus points for:

• Insurance, banking, fintech, AML, KYC or FCA-regulated experience
• Exposure to fraud detection or risk assessments
• Knowledge of CRM or case management systems
• Process improvement or quality assurance experience
