Job Description

Job Title: NICE Technical Consultant/Developer

Location : Remote

Job type : W2 Contract

JD

NICE CXone Studio Scripting Building and modifying IVR call flows, SMS routing scripts, and skill-based routing rules within the CXone platform

REST API Development & Integration Consuming and building REST APIs with JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0 authentication, and webhook configuration to connect CXone with Salesforce and ServiceNow

CRM/ITSM Platform Knowledge Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Flow Designer, case creation, call logging) and/or ServiceNow (Integration Hub, incident management, screen pop delivery)

Two-Way SMS Configuration Setting up SMS channels in CXone, managing opt-in/opt-out workflows, and understanding TCPA compliance basics for communications

Troubleshooting & Log Analysis Ability to read API call logs, Studio script traces, and AWS CloudWatch logs to diagnose integration failures like dropped SMS, failed screen pops, or API timeouts
