Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst to join the Medical Education team on a Contract basis in Fridley, Minnesota. This role will focus on examining how work is currently performed across reporting, forecasting, system usage, and operational workflows, then shaping more efficient and scalable ways of working. The position will work closely with cross-functional partners in Medical Affairs, IT, Finance, Salesforce, and Commercial teams to strengthen reporting consistency, improve data practices, and deliver meaningful business insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing Medical Education workflows, reporting approaches, and platform usage to map current operations and uncover improvement opportunities. Recommend and implement streamlined processes that reduce manual effort, eliminate duplicated work, and support greater operational efficiency. Refine Salesforce-based reporting, dashboard structures, and forecasting approaches to improve visibility and decision-making. Build scalable reporting models, governance guidelines, and standardized practices that support long-term business needs.

Create executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions using enterprise tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Smartsheet, and Excel. Develop and maintain forecasting models for budget outlooks, long-range planning, program timelines, and resource allocation. Establish consistent naming conventions and classification standards across therapies, products, and educational program categories. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate operational needs into practical process and technology enhancements.

Research external best practices in analytics, dashboard design, forecasting, and governance to inform future-state solutions. Support adoption of new processes through documentation, training, and change management activities.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations excellence, or a related function. Strong background in Salesforce reporting, administration support, and process optimization within complex business environments. Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau, Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, and other enterprise platforms. Demonstrated ability to create forecasting models tied to budgeting, planning processes, program schedules, and resource management.

Proven skill in working across cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, operations, and business stakeholders. Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to deliver training and support stakeholder alignment. Knowledge of governance, compliance, policy, and quality-focused business practices. Solid project management and implementation experience, including driving progress across multiple initiatives.
