Employment Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire

Hourly: $55-$67, W2

Overview

We are hiring a ServiceNow Product Owner / Business Analyst to manage the enhancement backlog and drive continued platform expansion. The platform is live, and this role focuses on ongoing optimization, feature expansion, and cross-functional alignment.

This person will work closely with operations leaders and directors to prioritize enhancements across maintenance, field service, procurement, and vendor management workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the ServiceNow enhancement backlog
• Partner with managers and directors to define priorities
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional requirements
• Support agile sprint planning and release cycles
• Ensure alignment between technical teams and operational stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement of live EAM and Field Service modules
• Assist in expansion into vendor management capabilities
• Preferred Background
• Experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in ServiceNow

Experience with:

• ITSM
• EAM / Enterprise Asset Management
• Field Service workflows
• Familiarity with data center, telecom, utilities, or operations-heavy environments preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills
