The Role

• Manage and administer Red Cross services to meet the needs of military members, veterans, and their families.
• Support the delivery of International Services programs and vital support to volunteers.
• Build strong relationships with military leadership, key organizations, and community leaders.
• Develop and implement volunteer engagement programs to ensure service delivery.
• Coordinate services with military treatment facilities and VA hospitals, providing essential support and resources.
• Ensure consistent delivery of programs and services, including community outreach and special initiatives.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management.
• Strong computer skills, public speaking abilities, and effective communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities effectively.
• Willingness and ability to deploy worldwide for extended periods.
