  • Synthesize quarterly tax and standard financial statements, presenting detailed revenue and expense variance analyses alongside property management leadership.

  • Drive the creation of custom financial reports and schedules tailored to specific third-party and lender requirements.

  • Calculate tenant operating and real estate tax escalations, managing monthly payment adjustments and annual true-up reconciliations.

  • Maintain complete data integrity across core tracking databases, abstracting complex lease provisions, loan summaries, and rent rolls.

  • Champion annual budget creation and quarterly re-forecasting efforts by collaborating directly with regional property management teams.

  • Coordinate across cross-functional groups—including Tax, Legal, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable—to gather essential financial statement inputs.

  • Execute specialized regulatory filings, monthly depreciation calculations, account reconciliations, and complex transaction reviews.
