Senior Mechanical Engineer – Leeds Key Talent Solutions is working closely with a leading property consultancy client that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer.

Leeds<br /> Salary up to £50,000<br /> Hybrid and flexible working<br /> Permanent, full-time position You will be responsible for the design and management of mechanical building services across a varied portfolio of construction, refurbishment and alteration projects.

The ideal candidate will have: ✅ A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering<br />✅ Mechanical building services design experience<br />✅ Experience managing projects from inception through to final account<br />✅ Previous supervisory or management experience<br />✅ CIBSE membership, Chartered status or a willingness to work towards it<br />✅ Experience producing specifications, tender documentation and budget estimates<br />✅ A full UK driving licence Benefits include 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, funded professional fees, pension, hybrid working and ongoing professional development
