The Role

• Organize and execute projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes to enhance equipment availability and productivity.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and monitoring of all operational technology, machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Conduct regular inspection work and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist with necessary modifications and expansions of production facilities.

What You'll Need

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, electrician, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Proven experience working in production environments.
• Familiarity with process technology and PLC systems.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Quick learning ability, teamwork skills, and a high degree of motivation and resilience.
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
