Position: Salesforce Data 360 Developer-1

Location: Remote (travel while requirement gathering phase)

Looking for a skilled Salesforce Data 360 Developer with 3–6 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and the Salesforce Platform.

• Configure and manage Data Cloud data streams, data model objects (DMOs), identity resolution, calculated insights, and audience segmentation.
• Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, including agents, topics, actions, prompts, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and Platform Events where required.
• Configure and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Design secure, scalable, and high-performing data architecture following Salesforce best practices.
• Implement automation using Flows, orchestration, and event-driven integration patterns.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support while ensuring quality and governance standards.
• Stay current with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI, integration technologies, and Salesforce platform innovations to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI capabilities.
• Experience with MuleSoft or REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Salesforce Platform development (Apex, LWC, Flows).
