The Role

• Operate and monitor CNC-controlled machines and equipment
• Perform mechanical setups on machines according to specifications
• Oversee the entire production process to prevent machine downtime
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Carry out maintenance and cleaning tasks

What You'll Need

• Experience in machine operation; setup experience is a plus
• Ideally, knowledge in CNC grinding, turning, or milling
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (6:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00)
• Reliability and a meticulous approach to work
• High motivation and a strong sense of quality
• Ability to work independently
