Work hours-5:00am-1:30pm Sunday-Thursday
Tell us about your department: This is for the Crisis Intake team responsible for planning for and responding to crisis incidents, mostly non-IT, that affect our people, customer, facilities and operations.
Project Description: The primary function is to intake calls from the Emergency Hotline, perform triage and notification, and provide situational awareness for events that are, or may, impact operations. Secondary, the role will help support remote camera monitoring in our locations
Position Summary/Job Description:
Summary: The Crisis Operations Specialist assists employees contacting the Emergency Hotline and provides situational awareness by monitoring various internal and external sources. Communicates critical information about natural disasters, social unrest and illegal activity that occurs in or around Client Buy employees, customers, and facilities. This is a great opportunity for those interested in emergency management, threat detection, and situational awareness. Work as part of a team. This is an in-person position working at the Client Buy Campus.
Job Responsibilities: • Answering Emergency Hotline calls and gathering information from employees. • Completing Intake Forms as per standards and submitting the electronic form to engage proper teams to assist callers. • Situational Awareness of events and incidents that could cause an impact to people or operations. • Monitoring of Client Buy facilities for burglary or damage through CCTV and may include Electrical and HVAC systems • Complete daily reporting as per SOP • Escalation to appropriate authorities or Client Buy teams should suspicious activity occur.

Skills: • Solid verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability. • Ability to focus and multi-task. • Basic call center experience preferred. Education/Experience: • High school diploma or GED required. • 1-2 years call center or customer service experience required.
What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for?
A strong work ethic with a solid record of dependability is crucial. As a Crisis Intake team, missed shifts are challenging to fill. Broad retail experience is beneficial. Communication skills across a variety of channels including Outlook, Teams, Phones, etc.
Interview Process Overview:
Interviews will be with at two or three people. Usually with someone who is not directly related to the work to give us broader perspective of the candidates.
