• user report phishing email review
• review endpoint low and medium alerts for PUA/PUP, PDF manipulation software, AI browser extensions, etc.
• Canary monitoring and escalation upon a "hit"
• Egnyte external sharing links, alerts, obtaining confirmation and business justification from the sharing individual
• secure cloud analytics alert reviews, investigations, and remediations for normal priority alerts, escalations for more critical issues
• MS Defender alert reviews, investigations and remediations for low and medium severity alerts, escalation for more high severity alerts

Volume:

• Canary is probably 1-2 tickets/mo.
• Egnyte probably 50-100 tickets/mo.
• Secure Cloud Analytics probably 1-2/wk. which is documenting the severity and sending it off
• Defender, maybe 10/wk.
