Role Description The Business Development Executive (Agency) will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and building a strong pipeline of leads for Kreative & Co. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves prospecting, conducting client meetings, presenting agency services, and preparing tailored proposals to meet client needs. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client objectives, managing relationships from initial contact through onboarding, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools. The Business Development Executive will regularly analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to refine outreach strategies and contribute to revenue growth. This position requires active participation in networking events and industry forums to strengthen the agency's presence in the Dubai market.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs, negotiate terms, and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client presentations, proposal writing, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Relevant experience in agency environments, digital marketing, or branding services is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, work with CRM tools, and analyze business performance metrics is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Dubai and engaging with diverse clients and stakeholders.
