Power BI Developer

Power BI Developer | Hybrid | Inside IR35 | £300 - £400 | Newcastle or Manchester We’re currently looking for a Power BI Developer with a strong focus on data visualisation to join a project within a UK government environment.

You’ll be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, user-friendly dashboards and reports, helping stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions. This is a hybrid role working 2/3 days per week in the Newcastle or Manchester office.

Active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance is required Key Responsibilities<br />Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI<br />Translate business requirements into clear data visualisations<br />Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs<br />Ensure best practices in visual design, usability and performance<br />Support data modelling and transformation where requiredKey Skills &amp; Experience<br />Strong experience with Power BI (essential)<br />Proven track record in data visualisation and dashboard design<br />Good understanding of DAX and Power Query<br />Experience working with stakeholders in a delivery environment<br />Exposure to data modelling / reporting best practicesDesirable<br />Previous experience working within UK Government / Public Sector<br />Familiarity with secure or regulated environmentsSecurity Clearance<br />Active SC clearance or eligibility to obtain SC clearance is required
