The Role

• Deliver groceries to 15-18 customers per 3-hour shift within a 10 km radius, serving as the friendly face of the company in the neighbourhood.
• Manage the loading and unloading of groceries into an electric delivery vehicle, ensuring the efficient use of time and resources.
• Assist customers with any questions or needs, providing excellent service and building positive relationships within the community.
• Conduct pre-shift checks on the vehicle's route and battery, and post-shift wrap-up procedures, including returning the vehicle and equipment.
• Contribute to a high-energy, inclusive team environment where every member is valued as a local hero.

What You'll Need

• A valid driver's license and be at least 18 years old.
• Fluency in Dutch is required for effective communication with customers and team members.
• A proactive and customer-oriented attitude, demonstrating responsibility and a desire to provide exceptional service.
• The physical ability to walk frequently and lift boxes as part of daily delivery tasks.
• Availability for 16-32 hours per week, including regular evening or weekend shifts, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule.
