Senior Data Engineer

Position: Senior Data Engineer
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months Contract

W2 only

Must be eligible for or already possess a Public Trust clearance (Mandatory) or else Profiles should have Active Security clearance.

• Bachelor''s degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field; OR five (5) years of applied work experience in one or more of these fields.
• Five (5) years of hands-on experience in each of the following:

• Maintaining SQL databases and performing advanced operations using SQL and T-SQL.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining ELT/ETL processes in cloud-based data analytics environments.

• Three (3) years of hands-on experience in each of the following:

• Working with Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Machine Learning, and the modern data stack. DP-203 or an equivalent certification is preferred.
• Manipulating data using Python (Pandas required; PySpark and/or Polars preferred).
• Developing reusable, modular, and maintainable Python code is preferred.
