Job description
The Business Analyst serves as the primary liaison between institutional stakeholders, CampusWorks, and technology partners to ensure the effective utilization, optimization, and continuous improvement of the institution’s Ellucian Colleague ERP™ and Ellucian CRM platform.
This role is dedicated to a single higher education client and works closely with business units across Enrollment Management, Student Services, Finance, Human Resources, Advancement, and Academic Affairs. The Business Analyst will gather requirements, analyze business processes, document solutions, support system enhancements, and coordinate with multiple CampusWorks Centers of Excellence (CoEs) including Application Services, Reporting & Analytics, Infrastructure, Information Security, Project Management, and Help Desk teams.
This position is primarily on-site at the client location and serves as a trusted advisor to campus stakeholders while leveraging the expertise of centralized service teams.
