Junior Business Analyst
Location: Bradford
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support business improvement and change initiatives across a nationwide organisation.
You will work with teams across operations, finance, technology and sales to analyse data, understand business requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and document business requirements.
- Analyse operational and commercial data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create reports and dashboards using Excel and/or Power BI.
- Map existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Support projects, system changes and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Prepare process documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work with stakeholders to develop practical business solutions.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
Essential Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Interest in business improvement, data and technology.
Desirable Skills
- Power BI and/or SQL experience.
- Knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies.
- Experience with process mapping, UAT or Agile.
- Experience within recruitment, logistics, operations or a service-based environment.
