Title: Business Analyst - 3

Location Address: Dallas, TX 75219 -  2601 Victory Avenue – hybrid – onsite 2-3x/week

Contract Duration: 1 year, Possibility of extension and conversion to FTE 
Schedule Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs/week (Possible OT)

Story Behind the Need  
Business group:  Office of the U.S. CISO

The team is responsible for metric review and analysis and reporting for Cybersecurity risks for the bank.

This includes vulnerability management, analysis of these accounts, and diving into the data that supports these accounts.

The selected candidate will be managing reporting related to metric management.

Typical Day in Role: 

-working closely with stakeholders to collect data points and information

-review and test data points

-challenge and take corrective action to clean up data

-automate and support current processes and suggest enhancement ideas

-gather requirements from business units and prepare reporting

-create and present decks to VP/SVP executives, board of directors, and regulators

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: 
1. 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst (preferably within cyber technology and risk)

2. 4+ years of experience preparing reports using Excel (intermediate level – pivot tables, etc.)

3. 4+ years of experience creating presentation decks and presenting to senior level executives (PPT)

4. 3+ years of experience with data analysis using large sets of data

5. 2+ years of experience with project management (not looking for PM, but has to have managed projects)

Nice-To-Have Skills: 

-PowerBI experience

-SQL experience

-previous experience working on technical projects

-previous experience working with AI

Soft Skills Required: 

-strong communication skills (written and verbal)

-time management skills

-attention to details and accuracy

Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business management or related field

Best VS. Average Candidate:  Ideal candidate would have strong communication skills, and BA experience on technical projects. The candidate would have extensive experience creating reports as this BA will be doing that for most of their time.

1 st  round – HM – 45 mins – Virtual (MS teams Video)

2 nd  round – HM + peer – Virtual (MS Teams Video)

If needed, a 3 rd  IV will be requested with senior level executives.
