ICT Service Delivery Manager - ITIL & Incident Lead

Western Power is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead ICT service delivery across the business, ensuring services meet agreed SLAs, drive customer value, and align with strategic IT plans.

You will cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, oversee ITIL processes, coordinate incidents and major outages, and champion continuous improvement to enhance reliability, performance and cost efficiency for the network serving Western Australia.
