The Role

• Ensure a well-maintained store and a positive shopping experience for customers in collaboration with team members.
• Actively participate in stocking shelves, presenting merchandise attractively, baking, and operating modern POS systems, including self-checkout.
• Support store management by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and implementing store concepts.
• Undertake inventory, cleaning, and stock management tasks.

What You'll Need

• Previous experience in retail or a similar industry, with some supervisory experience (e.g., shift lead) preferred.
• Strong team player with a high sense of responsibility, enthusiasm for motivating others, and a passion for retail.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Reliability and flexibility to work various shifts as agreed upon with management.
