Safety Partner: Shape Safer Workplaces & Leaders

Bundaberg Regional Council is seeking a dedicated Safety Business Partner in Bundaberg to drive workplace safety, coach leaders, and strengthen the organisation's safety culture across operations. The role reports to the WHS Coordinator and involves inspections, investigations and ongoing development of the Safety Management System.

You will partner with leaders to meet legislative responsibilities, support safety improvements and deliver training, toolbox talks and safety communications.
