The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Perform quick, confident solutions for issues like flat batteries or tyre changes.
• Offer reassurance and outstanding service when members need it most.
• Start and end your shifts from home.
• Tackle a variety of automotive challenges daily.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
• A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
