The Role

• Lead the integration and testing of key development radar programs, focusing on airborne and surface detection and tracking systems.
• Develop and execute complex software and hardware test plans and procedures for system-level verification and validation.
• Lead the development of test environments and tools, and manage complex integration activities.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to less-experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand customer requirements and establish testing criteria.
• Prepare test briefings, write test reports, and perform data analysis.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics (Master's degree a plus).
• 15+ years of experience in a technical environment, specifically in Test Engineering roles.
• Proven background in Radar-focused software and hardware system integration and test activities.
• Experience leading Developmental Test and Evaluation, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
• Demonstrated leadership skills with cross-functional experience.
• Proficiency with C++, Linux, digital hardware, and MATLAB for tool development/systems analysis.
